Consistantly dissapointed every time i have to interact with the unmotivated staff.every visit takes a minimum of 20 min even without a wait. Every time ive attempted to reach them over the phone ,i get the "all bankers are currently busy" voice-mail and am forwarded to an automated call service . You are just another schmuck collecting less than one percent interest on your money to them.go somewhere with better service to say they do a poor job would be an understatement

Just got out of this Wells Fargo Bank. I've had a day from hell trying to get finances and insurance covered for moving into my new apartment. On top of that I forgot my card at an ATM this morning and needed to receive another temporary card. I walked in and a lady politely and promptly asked if there was anything that she could help me with and sat me down at a desk. Within 15 minutes I had my card back and my money order received. I was able to breath a big sigh of relief as I exited. Couldn't be happier with the service!

Not the best Wells Fargo I've ever been to. Their customer service towards college students isn't always great , but they get the job done.

Wellsfargo the branch is an ok environment, but over the phone those people do not know how to do their jobs. I contacted them on Wednesday when I lost my card. They told me I would be receiving a new one with 2-5 business days. On Saturday I checked my account and saw that activity was going on with my account. I called them again and they tell me that my account has been shut down due to fraud. Ok, why didn't anyone notify me about it? After explaining to them that it was not me they sent me back & forth from department to department for them to make different claims. After hours of being on hold they finally tell me it was all taken care of. A fee days pass & Tuesday afternoon I receive an email stating my account had insufficient funds. I call up there & they tell me that my call about canceling my card was never recorded so my card was still active as well as my account. So again I was on the phone with this bank for hours & they gave me another claim number. After all of this I just decide to go into the branch just to make sure everything is ok. Come to find out after being on the phone with this bank for 3 days and Lord knows ho many hours, they never fixed anything and all the money that was taken out of the bank from the fraudulent check ($4000) I would have to pay back by a certain date or it would be sent to collections and put onto my credit. I will no longer bank with Wellsfargo. They are not reliable.
