I just called to see if they would buy my 100$ uber gift card seeing as I am not going to use it. The woman answered the phone laughing and I could barley understand anything she said. I then pushed through to ask her if they would buy it and she said "no you would have to be here for us to do that" I replied "I am just checking to see if u would buy" it and she said "well it's a whole process we go through to check" I then told her she has an attitude and hung up. Such rude employees. Why would I drive 19 miles to check if u would buy my gift card. Lazy!

I've never had a problem with the place or the people who work there. My problem is there are so many people always doing drug deals right in front which made me obviously not want to walk in or out with money on me. Other than the constant hanging out right in front and terrible drug neighborhood it's an ok place.

Very polite and friendly staff. Reasonable fees for services including but not limited to: check cashing, utility bill payment, and sending funds to incarcerated individuals.

Brandi who works here is extremely rude and didn't understand the simplest request of two separate money orders. At one point while she was "helping us" she got up and walked away to get a beverage. Brandi is very UN professional and needs to either be replaced to better represent the corporate or go back and trained on customer service but more importantly her duties at her job. Before we walked in we always triple count our money and made sure we had exactly what we asked for. We were short 5 dollars by the end of the whole frustrating encounter. It wasn't worth attempting to go back in and argue over 5 dollars. We sadly will not be going into anymore ACE cash expresses any longer because of this unfortunate experience. I hope corporate takes this seriously. Hope this helps anyone else who attempts to go into this location.
