I buy many laptop parts because I run a computer repair business, and try to never use LaptopAid unless the part is not available anywhere else. This last time they sent the wrong part and CLOSED SHOP before the return actually got to them. Ebay/Paypal will be returning the money.

We will never order a part from this vendor ever again, the business is unpredictable and a secretary who has no clue what is going on over there and very sarcastic. I placed an order on eBay and accidentally canceled it, I call them an asked that if they would ignore the cancelation and ship the Laptop LCD screen and was reassured by nancy that since on her system my order had a tracking number that it would ship ( I asked if she would make notes or inform the shipping department again I was reassured). I checked my email today and seen that the cancelation was accepted, I called and spoke with nancy today and reminded her of the situation and she said "yea eBay canceled it" every one who uses eBay knows it needs human interaction for any input, I told her that and her reply was "okay". All in all they lost New Haven CT's number 1 repair Center as a customer due to their unpredictability

I bought an iPhone 5c from them and the day after I recieved it, it completely shut off. I went through every possible restart method, having assumed it was my fault. Upon researching this company I have found multiple people have had the same problem.Ii'm extremely upset and I will NEVER use this company ever again. If there were a rating less than one star, it still wouldn't be enough.

Basically thieves. They took payment and also have the returned phone (they did not send the correct phone, they sent a sprint phone and advertised it as a verizon phone) but will not issue a refund. They do not return phone calls and are unable to resolve issues on the phone. It has been over a month and I have not received my refund. I will have to go through the BBB. Do not do business with this company. They are corrupt.

Ordered a replacement bottom case for my wife's Toshiba laptop. The part I received was broken in the same exact place that the existing case was broken in.

Customer service responded promptly and sent out a second bottom case. Received the replacement quickly and it did not have any issues.
