Best Rate Insurance Group

When I first got an automobile insurance quote, I got a pretty good rate. But I believe that customer service plays a big part in that as well. A week after I first got insurance through this group, I needed to make changes to my policy so I called the office. However, I was passed around from agent to agent and since I first got a quote with someone, no one else helped me with my changes and it was very difficult to get in touch with my agent. I left many messages and was told that I would get a call back but I never did. Needless to say, based on the very poor customer service, I will not be back or recommending this group.
