Colorado State Fair Rentals

Had a great time when we went during band days this last year. It was really hot and luckily all the water fountains we ran across worked and had nice cool water. The vendor areas were very nice. The little splash pad was amazing and a welcome surprise.

Love the ride set up for the kids this year and the prices to get in were better. The fair seemed a little empty on the first Monday that I went. Not to many vendors. But the rodeo was entertaining.The last Monday of the fair was full of people.

Weeeee!!! $10 parking, $10 beers, and $9 lemonades... Pretty much the same exact stuff and vendors every year for as long as I can remember. Free entertainment is pretty good sometimes. I enjoyed the monster truck show it is pretty good every year. Rodeo, well if you've seen one you've seen them all... Rides and Midway suck because you have to purchase tokens and cannot pay with money.

Location is great once a year we get visitors from all over so it brings in revenue that our town needs. I also love to eat that Indian fry bread. Although it is very expensive. The prices need to be more reasonable or I'm not going to be going back any more.

The worst state fair we've been to (we've been to 4). It felt more like a county fair, not a state fair. The parking seemed to be non-existent. Residents were outside of their homes and tried to charge $10 for parking. Outrageous. We parked on the street for free with no problems and it was maybe a 2 block walk. I read online that there was supposed to be $7 parking for the fair, but we couldn't find it. Most of the cool things inside the fair cost additional money. It seemed like this fair consisted mainly of food stands. We did catch the seal show for free, which was entertaining. The best part was the petting zoo for our daughter. Overall, not worth the 2 hour drive we took to attend.
