Do not buy any alcohol beverages in this Theater. They charge you over $30 for to drink. The "bartender" did not know how to make a White Russian, I had to teach her. If you want to have any drinks, go to D&B.

I went to go see a movie about a year ago from the IMAX 3D. This was my first time going to an IMAX theater and I was pretty excited. When I walked in the theater, it was a big screen like big. I think it was a little to big personally. You eyes have a hard time seeing everything. Also, it might just be me but I would not recommend this theater to people and children with sensory issues or anyone in general for sound quality. To me it was really loud and I am glad I brought earplugs. Third, the seats were ok and you can feel your back ache a little after a while. Honestly, the good thing was the fact I could see the movie I wanted so that was good but I expected better for what imax stands for.

The employee was so rude to us I think it was because we are international student. She told us that we cant use the bathroom because we are not customer, I told her that we just finished show, but she wasn't believe us and she said she sold all the ticket. but I bought ticket online. That's was so funny. The way she say was like you guys don't have money but I will let you go use the bathroom, because I'm nice.

My family and I went to the Providence Place Cinema after being told we could not be admitted (after purchasing tickets) because we were asked to have my bag checked. I told the young lady that she may not and I would save her the trouble and told her I did have food in my bag because of my daughters food allergy. She then told me she could not let us in (us was my husband and I with our two young daughters in tow) I explained more in detail how we bring her food every where because of the severity of it and experiences we've had but she stilled denied us and called a manager over. I explained the situation to that young gentlemen but all he could do was offer us a refund. So now they left it up to me to explain to my young daughters why we couldn't stay. Let's just say they understood the way any young child would and continued to cry and be upset for over an hour and left my 5 year old to believe that she couldn't go to the movies because Conner allergy despite me tell her that wasn't the reason. I believe this is completely uncalled for and not reasonable at all. Maybe if they had a child with an allergy like this it would have been a different outcome but to deny admittance to a mother with her young children who was upfront and honest about the situation is malicious. We've been to theaters around the US and have never been asked to leave because we had snacks for our daughter.

I love IMAX! And since I'm from Rhode Island, it isn't that far away from me. Just a 15 minute drive. This place has the best IMAX screen, and best standard screens. Recently, I saw Transformers: The Last Knight and Despicable Me 3 there.
