My target is to loose 40lbs by this summer and I am loosing already.
I am doing bootcamp and personal training with Josh.
Josh is an excellent trainer and motivator, down to earth and really understands our goals. Like the words he says "Listen to your body, don't kill yourself, go with your own pace"
