A & B Taxis

My taxi arrived 30 minutes late. I phoned after 5 minutes of waiting in the cold and was told someone would be with me in 5 minutes (10 minutes after the arranged pick up time) an additional 20 minutes later the taxi arrived. This meant I had waited half an hour for the taxi to arrive. When I was dropped home I phoned to complain and wasn't offered an apology by the operator on the phone but instead rudely told to phone back the next day when the manager was in.

Prior to this booking, I'd arranged a taxi collection earlier in the month. I phoned on the evening of the booking to confirm my taxi. I phoned the company twice and on both occasions was told there was no booking in my name or number so I booked another taxi with a different company. Half an hour before the original booking time (which, according to the taxi company, didn't exist) I received a call saying they were outside the house, despite my booking not existing.

I am extremely disappointed with service (Keynsham cars are a much better local taxi company from my experience). I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. Punctuality and customer service extremely poor.
