Visit Uganda Equator line

The Uganda Equator is shown by special circular landmarks that were built in the regime of the late Idi Amin. These land marks can be found in Kayabwe, Mpigi district along masaka road and another in Kasese, the former being the most highly visited since it’s conveniently a one and a half hour’s drive from Kampala and one and a half hours drive to Lake Mburo national park, a one stop for all your needs i. e. the Equator experience, restaurants for food, clean restrooms, souvenir shops and so on.
