Horrible - Went to open an account for my kids as this branch is close to my home & would be easily accessible. Don't know about the others, but the woman i spoke to was plain and simple HORRIBLE. Rude, most unhelpful, behaved as if she was doing me a favour. No wonder, people prefer private banks over government banks. If it were not for the passbooks of such government banks which are helpful as address proof, i think no one would open accounts with them and they would shut down. BOI, if you are listening, then replace these idiots with people who are indeed interested in working.
