I'm mainly visiting this place for my running practice. It offers a few nice trails to perform flat terrain jogging/running or dirt trails to do some kind of basic training on trail running. You are surrounded by many trees while doing your run and you have the impression that you are in the woods though you're still located in the center of a very crowded city. Sometimes the main outer trail is occupied by many people who are walking at various directions causing a slight issue if you want to run, nevertheless it is a very nice park!

Really fun and active park. There's a gym park here with free outdoor gym equipment, a cafe, children's play area, toilets, and a track of sorts with people jogging. There's a cute pigeon housing complex.

Great for everyone. It has public excercise machines, playgrounds, water fountains and a great many tracks for running and walking. Regularly hosts plays and public movie viewings. It also has a café to hang out.

Open park, with perimeter of 800m. Great for running and yoga. Many fountains for the thirsty athletes and a bar. Ideal for families with young kids.
