Good service.... when i came to their office to take the car, the girl proposed to add the excess coverage for 1000xpf per day instead of paying 45000xpf in case of damage (scratches, dents....). During my rental, my car has been damaged by someone else and i paid nothing to ecocar. All the staff was very helpfull. Thank you for the good service,. I definitely recommend ecocar..

Be careful with this company!!! I rented a car with them for one day...we had very careful with the car, we only drive by the highway and only parking the car in the hotel and the carrefour, we are sure that we dont crash the car...but when we went to return the car, they mysteriously found a little scratch (now in my home I readed a lot of reviews of the company that they had the same situation like us...so I'm starting to think that they do this scratchs when you are clueless). They forced me to pay for this damage that we supposedly did...they charged my 45000 XPF...that I think is a lot of money for a little scratch...I attached a photo then you can judge for yourself.
Also, when I asked to speak with the boss (Delphine Kierzek), she refused to talk to me on the phone. I have worked in tourism for ten years and it is clear that this is not the way to treat a customer

they changed the process and now charge the credit card (instead of blocking the amount) with a deposit of 120000 xpf. Come on guys, some people have fees for using the credit card. With only 2% fee you quickly loose 20 EUR extra for a 20EUR f****** scooter rental. Thanks for nothing! The scooter and staff was ok, but with that you ruined the experience.

I had very bad experience with this company. They are in the business of hiring vehicles at a low rate and making up imaginary damages to the vehicle by ripping customers off huge amounts after they have credit card guarantees in place.

Avoid them!
