I was very disappointed. I went in spoke to one of The owners who told me about the programs, told me when they were and gave me a card for a free week and proceeded to tell me about the kickstart program.

I was excited to try this out. I went back in at the time, when the owner told me the kick start program started . I went to the back desk and was told that I need to to pay for the kickstart class. I said I was given a free week. The kid at the desk said no, "it's a specialty program you have to pay for it. " but I was welcome to join the regular class. I've never done this before and you want me to go into a regular class that's absurd.
If you're going to offer a free week it's more productive to offer the beginner class for the free week, especially to people like myself who are extremely new to this form of exercise.

I'm not going to pay $160 for something I might absolutely hate, when you offer a free week you should get a free week as I said I feel extremely disappointed and will not go back.
