Day 1
Evening arrival at "Mother Theresa" International Airport in Tirana and transfer to Sheraton Hotel 5*. Welcome dinner from
Albania Explorer at Sofra e Ariut, and overnight in Tirana.
Day 2
Tirana. After breakfast, we spend the day exploring the city
of Tirana. Tirana is located on a plain on the site
of a Byzantine fortress and has been the capital since 1920. Included are visits to the Mosque
of Ethem Bey, the Clock Tower, the National Museum, National Art Gallery, Skanderbeg Square, Grand Park and government buildings. Lunch at Pizzeria �Era�. In afternoon visit to Dajti Mountain via Lift, depending on your preferences, Castle
of Petrela, have a walk and a coffee at the Bllok area, or you can enjoy other cultural activities and night life. Return to hotel late afternoon/evening (Sheraton Hotel 5*).
Day 3
Lezha - Shkodra. After breakfast, we go to Lezha, a town located on north-west
of Albania. Visit to Mausoleum
of Scanderbeg (Albanian National Hero), visit to the castle
of Lezha. Lunch. We continue to Shkodra and enjoy wonderful views
of mountains, valleys as traveling northward. Introduction to Shkodra�s old history as one
of the oldest cities
of Balkan and the capital
of Illyrian Empire. Visit to the Castle
of Rosafa (info about Rozafa�s Legend) and the museum inside the castle. City tour
of Shkodra, Old Bazaar, Centrum, cathedral and mosque. Visit to Vila e Zogut (ex king
of Albania) and dinner at Shiroka with a nice view
of Shkodra�s Lake. En the evening return to Shkodra and accommodation to hotel (Europa Grand Hotel 5*). And overnight.
Day 4
After breakfast we departure, from Shkodra to �Mother Teresa� International Airport
of Tirana.
